On October 3,2020 Actor Thomas Jefferson Byrd was shot several times in his back. His body was discovered around 1:45 am at an address not far from downtown Atlanta. Thomas was an Broadway actor..he played in some of Spike Lee Movies such as Bamboozled, Clockers, she’s gotta have it..he played in the Biopic RAY and of course Luther Janitorial in Set it Off..This is a tragic loss for the acting community..UPDATE!! There has been a arrest in the shooting of Thomas Jefferson Byrd, A 30 year old Man was arrested on Friday by the Atlanta Police. The Suspect Antonio Demetrice Rhynes was arrested in an early morning raid at an apartment complex. he’s currently sitting in the Fulton jail house, no motive or court date as of yet..but it’s coming. Yes I see someone needed that 10,000 dollar reward money and decided to run their cocksuckers and turn in the suspect..Thank God..Prayers up to this man’s family, friends, and all his loved ones this is a hard pill to swallow , you work hard all your life to make it and this is how it end..so sad a tragedy..#keepitjuicy
