Ta’Neasha Chappell 23, Dies While In Police Custody In Jackson County Jail

23 year old Ta’Neasha Chappell  a mother of a 10 year old dies in police custody! Ta’Neasha was arrested on May 26 after allegedly leading the police on a high speed chase and shoplifting charges ( yea ok). Ta’Neasha was being held in the Jackson County Jail In Brownstown, Indiana, according to her sister she called multiple times begging for them to get her out of there and if they didn’t get her out they’re going to kill her welp guess what? that’s exactly what happened, Ta’Neasha was rushed to the hospital after being ignored about being sick and was later pronounced deceased . I’m not sure how true this is but I read somewhere she was the only black in the prison, also her family stated she was beat up and swollen.. One thing for sure is I’m so tired of these police officers getting away with this bs..the prison conditions and the abuse that goes on in this system has to be dealt with on so many levels. Imagine these few stories that we have heard of I’m sure there is thousands of these stories that we don’t hear anything about! WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?? marching is out we’re TIRED ..We need justice on so many levels and I’m not just talking about court! sending prayers out to this family and her daughter because she’s left without a mother and no justice..WE NEED CHANGE QUICK..#keepitjuicy
