Social Media Influencer Jacky-Oh 32, Real Name Jacklyn Smith known to work as Jacky-Oh has died due to complications with a mommy makeover. Jacky-Oh was a talented Member of the Wildn out team, she was the girlfriend to comedian DC Young Fly & mother to their three beautiful children, she also had a popular Youtube channel and she was a Real Estate agent. This young lady went to Miami to get a makeover and didn’t make it out.. Not sure what went wrong but rumor has it the Doctor that did the surgery The Real Dr Zach removed the picture that he posted of them before the surgery and unfollowed Jacky, I went to his social media account and the pictures were no longer there. Another rumor was that Dr Zach was not certified not sure how true that is but that’s what being said. This is so sad I feel so bad for her children, so young and innocent now they have to grow up without their mother who loved them so much, she had just posted a video of her taking them to see The Little Mermaid.
